My travels have had a strong impact on me and determined much of what I'm doing nowadays. 

I love cooking and the fact that by hard practice you can achieve great skills. When having the tiniest moment of spare time I feel like checking out some culinary books.





Mediterranean, Asian & Scandinavian flavors feel close to me. An ultimate favorite is pasta, specially the tortellinis "chez dominique" style.
